These are the words pronounced by the Secretary General of MINPOSTEL, personal representative of Minister Minette Libom Li Likeng as he presided over the 2024 World Post Day on October 10th 2024, in MINPOSTEL. The event marks the 150th anniversary of the Universal Postal Union (UPU).
