The Women's Association of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, La TUTELLE, has unveiled its new executive committee, marking the beginning of a two-year mandate under the theme "Greatness and Competence".
The installation ceremony, held on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at the MINPOSTEL Conference Hall, was presided over by the Secretary General of MINPOSTEL, Mr. Mohamadou Saoudi, representing Minister Minette Libom Li Likeng.
Mme DZEBAZE DONGNANG Rolande, Chief of Service for Technical Support to MINPOSTEL Administrations, was re-elected to pilot La TUTELLE for another term, a testament to her leadership and dedication to the association's vision.
In her address, the president expressed gratitude to the hierarchy for their unwavering support, particularly Minister Minette Libom Li Likeng, for her encouragement and presence at some of the group's activities.
Acknowledging the challenges ahead, Mme DZEBAZE DONGNANG reaffirmed the team's commitment to drive the association forward, collaborating with partners and competent institutions to achieve greatness.
"We will focus on professional training and capacity building to empower women in the sector, aiming for optimal productivity," she stated.
One of her key objectives is to increase membership to at least 200 active members in the coming years, empower thematic groups, and establish a special unit for follow-up on association files.
Mr. Mohamadou Saoudi, Secretary General, congratulated the new executive and urged them to draw inspiration from trailblazers, including Minister Minette Libom Li Likeng and other women who have made significant strides in the sector and society at large.
He encouraged the women to transform obstacles into challenges and opportunities, joining forces with men to address sector reforms and boost productivity.
"May your term be guided by the principle of service and solidarity," he concluded.
With the theme "Greatness and Competence" guiding their actions, the new executive committee is set to make a lasting impact on the association and the sector at large.
La TUTELLE aims to promote professional and social fulfillment of MINPOSTEL women. The elections, held on January 22, 2026, saw 14 members elected for a two-year term.
