After 20 years of existence, the Cameroon Mobile Telephony pauses across the celebration of it's 20th anniversary scheduled to take place from the 11th - 14th May 2021 at the Yaounde Hilton Hotel.  

to make an appraisal of the impact of this all important modern ICT tool that is proving to be very indispensable in the life of Cameroonians. In prelude to this high standing conference was held a press briefing on May 5th 2021 by the Opportunities in Africa Consulting Firm in the conference room of the ancillary building of the Ministry of P and T to make official to press men and women the pertinence, relevance and the eventual holding of the said ceremony. According to Opportunities Africa Consulting Firm, participants during those four days will be thrilled in seven major themes reflecting the history, socioeconomic development and investment opportunities, challenges, prospects of the mobile Telephony in Cameroon amongst others. Discussions, photo exhibition, award of prizes and attestations to participants are equally inscribed in the order of the event. The anniversary which will take into consideration the strict implementation of the COVID-19 barrier measures is placed under the distinguished patronage of the President of the Republic will be presided over by the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications Minette Libom Li Likeng whose ministry offers the required technical support for the event. .
